PAYMENT:
Online payment is only through major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express. Some debit cards may be acceptable.
Cards not drawn on a bank based within the USA will not and cannot
be processed.
Orders may be mailed in accompanied by check or money order and/or proper credit
card information. Expect a delay for bank clearance time. Purchase orders are
only accepted when accompanied by payment.
We regret we no longer ship UPS COD.
DELIVERY & TIME IN TRANSIT:
SHIPPING options range from standard UPS Ground to Overnight within the 48
States, USA. We do not ship Parcel Post {USPS}.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require UPS 2DAY Air Service. {This may change
after January 1st, 2005.}
We do not ship to APOs, Canada,
Mexico or Overseas
Generally, we ship same or following day from our broad stock in Colorado using
UPS ground services. Orders received after NOON, MST will process the next
business morning.
Time-in-Transit varies somewhat from City to
Rural areas.
East Coast: 5-6 working

Colorado METRO Denver is generally next day UPS. Outside METRO Denver may take
two days.
Shipping charges are determined by the product type, status and or minimum order.
This is displayed in detail on the shopping cart. Generally, inkjets and new compatibles over $50 are shipped postage prepaid via
UPS ground.
Popular remanufactured LASER cartridges include UPS ground shipping within the 48 States.
Drop Ship, Special Order or New OEM Manufacturer items will be charged
prevailing UPS rates selected.
Orders below our minimum requirements have a automatic $9.00 shipping charge assessed
at checkout.
Return & Refund Policy:
Money back guarantee OR replacement within 1st week of purchase based
upon our inspection.
Must be certified defective upon our inspection.
Warranty is 8 months {pro-rated} on regular order LASER cartridges.
6 months on all inkjets, new compatibles, FAX ribbons and some specially ordered
products.
Time starts upon receipt of product.
Generally there are no refunds after one week of
service.
If there is a refund after one week of service a 25% to 50%
handling charge may be assessed on sales price. There is no refund on freight
charges.
This also applies to cancelled orders and all specially ordered products.
Special order items are not returnable or refundable but will
fall under warranty provisions.
Return unit postage PREPAID, insured and securely packaged, accompanied by test print of
problem, invoice copy and note of problem. Units returned because customer did
not pull seal or failed to follow cartridge instructions may be charged a
production-inspection charge.
Upon evaluation, it will be repaired/replaced and shipped back postage prepaid.
Pro-rated warranty is void if printer/copier needs
service which damages toner cartridge or drum unit. This is common on older Hewlett
Packard/Apple/Canon printers with a defective scanner assembly, fan unit or fuser
assembly.
Items returned without authorization or used for diagnostics will assessed a 25%
to 50% handling and re-boxing charge. This charge is also assessed on incorrectly
ordered items due to negligence or looking up a incorrect model.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
Ship empty returns using original box and packing materials that are provided
with your order. Cartridges need to be returned either in the
packaging bag SEALED or an sealed garbage bag. Include an invoice copy in an envelope ON the box.
This will insure a proper rebate. Follow instructions on the flip side of
invoice which comes with your order.
Returned cores damaged in shipment
are customers responsibility-please pack securely and insure. Empties received
without proper documentation may not necessarily be credited.
To receive a full rebate on your empty deposit please return within 25 days after
receiving. Detailed instructions are on the flip side of your invoice.
Empties received after this time will not be lost but will be
banked to your account and automatically applied on future reorders on a
one-to-one-basis only.
Empty valuation fluctuates based upon market price determined by demand in
our industry. This may be factored in by re-pricing of either selling price and
empty rebate value several times a year.
STOCKING INVENTORY:
We
try to provide the most extensive inventory in the industry.
Items displayed with a status of "stock item" are
generally in stock.
Items displayed as "special order" or "drop
shipped" will generally not be available for several days to a
week.
Special order items are not returnable or refundable but will
fall under warranty provisions.
