Does using your cartridge VOID my warranty?
No! All the major manufacturers recognize the cartridge remanufacturing industry:
Canon*, Hewlett Packard *, IBM*, etc. They do remind you that the product is only as good
as the remanufacturer! Unknown to many people is the fact that some of the large players
[Canon* and HP*] have been remanufacturing their new "cartridges for the last
five
years. If you carefully inspect the bottom of their boxes or peel off a label you will
read something like: "maybe made from recycled materials."
Besides this, the machine is guaranteed by ITSELF-a cartridge only by the traditional 60
days. These are separate issues if you read the owners handbook.
Will the use of a recycled cartridge harm my machine?
No! A cartridge is a self-contained unit. Major purchasing magazines recommend this
practice to Fortune 1000 companies.
What IF I have trouble?
We will talk you through a few steps to determine if the problem is machine or
cartridge related. If the problem is a bad cartridge we will either replace it or refund
your money [based upon prorated usage]. Above all we will try very hard to solve your
problem and keep you happy.
What steps are taken to insure a quality cartridge?
- Where possible a overfill of the finest graphics toner is used.
- Except if noted most of our cartridges come with a long-life or a specially
resurfaced/coated drum.
- If available, we change the wiper blade, recovery blade and recoat rollers and drums.
- All units are tested before disassembly and again after remanufacture.
- One unit from each batch is run until empty to verify yield and quality.
How long is the warranty?
We very strongly believe in a quality product and offer a full 8 month pro-rated
warranty on remanufactured laser cartridges {6 months on inkjets, new compatibles, of
fax ribbons }while the so-called "new" cartridges sold in superstores are
usually 60-90 days.
